Dimitra Derebei -6th Week activities
During the 6th week of etwinning project "Skillful Hands" the student practiced at opening and closing zippers.
Playing with zippers:
The students divided into 3 group according to 3 different colours. Then, they had to choose the same colour felts as their pencil case, put them in the pencil case after opening it and closing it before the next student of the team comes.
Basic Skills Center:
A doll visited us asking from the students to put her jackets because she was very cold. The children practiced into wearing jackets to the doll and opening-closing zippers.
Family participation:
The parents made a fine motor skills game for their children. The game is called "Fill in the snowman". The parents converted a plastic bottle into a snowman using velkro, foamy material, canson paper e.t.c. They made also tongs using pegs and tongue twisters. The parents took the game home in order to play it with their children.
Finally the children had the opportunity to play with 2 different jigsaw puzzles according to their age (4-5 years old).
